The amount of rain and flooding this winter,
has really brought it home regarding Climate
Change and how humans have upset the
balance of life on earth.,
Communities around the world, especially the poor, are impacted the
most. They do not have the infra-structure or money to adapt.
This results in crop failures and starvation, mass migration and conflicts.
Your prayers are needed for these communities.
Indigenous peoples are the custodians of the land where they have
lived for thousands of years. They know how to care for their land without
damaging it. But, they are forced off their land by mining, logging and drugs
cultivation by threats on their lives or bribes. Their cultures are overwhelmed
leading to the break-up of their land, customs and way of life.

Please keep praying for rapid change from politicians around the world.
Individuals and organisations have made great strides, but politicians need to step up.
