Executive Meeting Monday 25^th March at 2.00pm in the garden room.

Walk Saturday 9^th March at 2.00pm. If you wish to join in meet outside

Rushwick School WR2 5SU, car park available opposite the school.

The walk will roughly take 90mins depending on the speed of the walkers.

Please be prepared for mud and rough terrain! Look forward to seeing you,

feel free to bring along your family and friends to join us for an afternoon of fun,

fellowship and enjoying God’s wonderful creation together.

ECO CHURCH NEWS

The amount of rain and flooding this winter, has really

brought it home regarding Climate Change and how humans

have upset the balance of life on earth.,

Communities around the world, especially the poor, are impacted the most.  They do

not have the infra-structure or money to adapt.  This results in crop failures and starvation,

mass migration and conflicts.  Your prayers are needed for these communities.

Indigenous peoples are the custodians of the land where they have lived for thousands of years

.  They know how to care for their land without damaging it.  But, they are forced off their land

by mining, logging and drugs cultivation by threats on their lives or bribes.  Their cultures are

overwhelmed leading to the break-up of their land, customs and way of life.

The Industrial Revolution unleashed a whole chain of events leading to now, and changed

the world around us.  Politicians seem to be VERY SLOW in adapting and the 1.5 degrees t

emperature change has passed this year.  Please keep praying for rapid change from politicians around the world. 

Individuals and organisations have made great strides, but politicians need to step up.
